You can get extra fresh air by opening the support flap of the vent on the front of the shirt.
If you prefer short sleeves, simply roll them up and hold them in place with a button tab. The collar can be turned up and fastened tightly for additional protection. The cuffs are also close-fitting, and the shirt has two chest pockets for small items.
