1. GENERAL TERMS

Bonge.fi is the marketplace of Bonge Oy (0702823-3).

These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between Bonge Oy and its customers. Bonge Oy has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.


Bonge Oy is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. A force majeure is an unforeseeable circumstance or a change in circumstances that is beyond Bonge Oy's influence. Bonge Oy is obliged to notify the customer of a force majeure without delay.

2. CUSTOMER AND DATA PROTECTION

In the business relationship, applicable Finnish and EU legislation is followed in terms of consumer trade, marketing and advertising.

When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide their complete contact information, which includes at least the consumer customer's name, address and telephone number, as well as an e-mail address.

Customer information is stored in Bonge Oy's customer register, where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship.

The Bonge.fi site uses cookies, which can be used to further develop the site to be more user-friendly than before. On the Bonge.fi website , the purpose of cookies is to facilitate, improve and speed up the shopping experience. Cookies can also be used to offer better offers and more personalized product recommendations to the customer. By using this site and accepting the cookie request when entering the page, you also accept the use of cookies.

We respect the confidentiality and security of your personal data. We do not sell or rent them to third parties without your permission, and we do not use them for purposes other than what was stated at the time of data collection and which are mentioned in the registration statement .

A cookie is a file saved on the user's computer by the service provider's web server. In practice, a cookie is a small anonymous user-specific text file that is stored in the user's web browser. The server can later read the cookie and thus the browser in question can be identified (e.g. when the user returns to a previously visited site). The cookie can later be used only by the server that stored it, and the user cannot be identified from cookies or damage to the user's device may occur.

Cookies are basically divided into session-specific and permanent cookies, session-specific cookies expire when the user terminates the web service, permanent cookies remain in the browser for a certain time or until the user deletes them. Cookies facilitate the use of websites and enable certain functionalities, such as remembering the session, user-specific personalization of websites and easy identification to the service.

We use cookies to enable the functionality of our services. With the help of cookies, we can also collect information about the end devices and web browsers of users who visit our sites. Collected information can be used for analytics and marketing targeting. With the help of cookies, the use of our services is easier for the user and the presented marketing is more appropriate and targeted.

The cookie only contains a unique, session-specific ID that can be used to identify the web browser visiting the site.

By using our website and saying goodbye to the cookie survey, you give your consent to data processing as described above. Of course, you can also prevent the use of cookies, however this can have its disadvantages, as cookies are a technical solution in the implementation of the contact policies of browsers and www servers, and many internet sites do not work properly without cookies. You can clear the cookie history in the web browser settings. In this case, the identifier that is set in the browser and the online behavior profile based on it will be removed. The procedure does not prevent new cookies from being stored in the browser.

3. PRICE LIST

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.

4. DELIVERY

Bonge Oy offers different modes of transport. You can read more information about delivery methods and their service content from here. The Bonge Oy shopping cart automatically considers transport offers. The products of a single order can be delivered in several shipments.

We aim to process the finished order within 24 hours of receiving it when the order is thety on weekdays. Orders received on weekends are collected and delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays. A ready order means an order in which all the products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and the payment method of the order has been approved.

5. PAYMENT

Current information on payment methods can be found in the payment methods section of our website.

We work together with Klarna and Paytrail Oyj and with the payment broker Shopify Payments.

In our online store, you can pay with the payment buttons of the following banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankki and Oma Säästöpankki.
We accept credit and debit cards: Visa (Nets), MasterCard (Nets), American Express (Nets). In addition to these, you can also use Collector Invoice / Partial payment or MobilePay.

Paytrail Oy is responsible for the security of all payment methods. The most important principle of Paytrail's operation is security - both for the merchant, the consumer who buys from the online service, and for the banks and credit institutions working as our partners. All of the company's operating models are built from the point of view of secure online payments.

Paytrail is also subject to the duties of care and good governance set by Finnish law. Paytrail only receives payments mediated by EU banking license holders and does not, in turn, mediate money transactions to parties that are not under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority.

In payments made through Paytrail, as the seller of the product and the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. PayTrail is also the recipient of the payment.

6. RETURN

Bonge Oy offers its online store customers a free 14-day right of return. As an exception during Christmas, we offer a longer return period of 30 days for orders placed before Christmas.

The limitations of the right to return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and salable products in the original packaging.

• and a copy of Bonge Oy / bonge .fi from the order confirmation or shipment or the order number

Products to be returned must be packed carefully.

If the product has been used or damaged in transit, we will contact the customer to resolve the matter.

Please note that undelivered shipment or refusal of delivery there is no refund. If the customer does not pick up the package and it is returned to Bonge Oy, we will charge handling costs of EUR 9.90. In this case, we will refund the original amount less postage and handling costs.

7. WARRANTY, SUPPORT AND DEFECT LIABILITY

The warranty is determined according to the warranty conditions defined by the brands and is generally 1-5 years from the time of purchase of the product. The warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product.

    Fiskars - We offer an extended 25-year warranty for the following product groups:

    The costs of an unnecessary maintenance and warranty visit will be charged in full to the customer if the product has been delivered without a clear reason for warranty service. Bonge Oy is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer's actions. Any costs incurred by Bonge Oy will be charged as unnecessary maintenance costs.

    8. ADVERTISING

    The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase, a receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning or complaining about a product defect. Bonge Oy reserves the right to collect the costs caused by the search for the receipt from the buyer.

    Complaints are processed only in writing. You can submit a free-form complaint by email to service@bonge.fi.

    Resolution of disputes and place of jurisdiction: The consumer customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this contract to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

    Attorney fees will not be reimbursed, because the Consumer Advice and Consumer Disputes Board offers free help in resolving disputes.
