Products from recycled materials

The biggest milestone in the use of recycled materials is undoubtedly the TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE - waterproof recycled film we developed. Before this, we had been using recycled polyester for a long time in the jacket's outer surface materials and inner linings, inner surface laminates, mesh linings and fleeces. Nowadays, we are also able to manufacture film from recycled materials. The technology used for this is completely unique in the world.

In the production of the film, a lot of cutting chips are created due to the patterns, which for other manufacturers is waste to be thrown away. We have developed a way to grind this waste for re-use right away at the factory, so that nothing to be thrown away is created. We also call this Zero Waste thinking: problematic waste is immediately reused as raw material. Recycled PET bottles are added to the material and the TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE film is made from them. The textile of the outer surface and the inner lining are still made from PET bottles.
