Social responsibility

Safe and fair working conditions at our suppliers' production sites are a basic requirement for all our business relationships. All manufacturers are committed to complying with our ethical code of conduct. We help them fulfill this commitment - and we've already achieved a lot together.

Social engagement

Fair Wear Foundation membership

We are working together with the Fair Wear Foundation to improve
working conditions. The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent non-profit
non-targeted organization that strives to improve on a large scale
working conditions in the textile and clothing industry.

Code for fair and safe working conditions

Compliance with our requirements is monitored regularly by independent auditors. We do not operate our own factories. Our products are manufactured by our partners, mainly in Asia and partly in Europe. That's why we feel an even greater responsibility to ensure that everyone who works for us does so in accordance with consistent and fair labor standards.

Social report: our progress and challenges

Our social report shows our progress and challenges in implementing social standards. As a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), we publish a comprehensive social report once a year, which describes our activities to promote more humane, fairer and safer working conditions. We present our progress - and also talk about the challenges we have to overcome in our global supply chain.

Social engagement at our headquarters

We support disabled people's services in Idstein. Vitos disability services enable children with learning and mental health problems from the age of six to live in small residential groups. There, they are supported by individually trained nurses
and therapists in their personal development and talents and gifts.
