Returns
The limitations of the right to return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. We offer free returns for 14 days.

Include the following information with the return:
• your name, address and telephone number
• the return code we sent you
• and a copy of Bonge Oy's / bonge .fi from the order confirmation or shipment or the order number

Products to be returned must be packed carefully.
If the product has been used or damaged in transit, we will contact the customer to resolve the matter.
Please note that undelivered shipment or refusal of delivery there is no refund. If the customer does not pick up the package and it is returned to Bonge Oy, we will charge handling costs of EUR 9.90. In this case, we will refund the original amount less postage and handling costs.
