Returns
Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in their original packaging. We offer free returns for 14 days.

Returned products must be carefully packaged.
If the product is used or damaged during shipping, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
Please note that an uncollected shipment or refusal of delivery is not a return. If the customer fails to pick up the package and it is returned to Bonge Oy, we will charge a handling fee of 9.90 euros for the incurred costs. In this case, we will refund the original amount minus shipping costs and handling fees.
